Standardisation Working Group

The aim of the CenSeam Standardization Working Group (SWG) was to create recommendations for standard sampling and data reporting practices. Throughout 2006 - 2010 the SWG held 3 core workshops; 2 focussed on image analysis and the third developed the scope of a forthcoming book on biological sampling in the deep sea.

Core members of the CenSeam SWG: Malcolm Clark (NIWA); Mireille Consalvey (NIWA), John Dower (University of Victoria), Gui Menezes (University of the Azores), Alex Rogers (University of Oxford), Thomas Schlacher (University of the Sunshine Coast), Tim Shank (WHOI), Bertrand Richer de Forges (formerly IRD).
